Corizon News: Corizon Announces New Chief Human Resources Officer
Corizon, the nation’s leader in correctional healthcare solutions, announced today the hiring of Dennis Wade as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Wade most recently served as Vice President and CHRO with Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, Fla. In this role he had corporate-wide accountability for all human resources functions and activities including strategic planning, talent and performance management, recruitment, executive and incentive compensation, employee labor relations, information systems, benefits, organizational development and training.
Additionally, during his tenure at Baptist the organization scored in the 93rd percentile of employee satisfaction in a database of 345 hospitals, and the Human Resources department scored in the 97th percentile, underscoring his commitment to meeting the needs of employees.

Wade’s primary location will be in the Brentwood corporate headquarters, but he will also have an office in St. Louis at Corizon’s operations headquarters.
