Chief Legal Officer

Scott King is charged with oversight of Corizon’s legal department, including contracting functions, litigation management and general operational issues. King has more than 15 years of legal experience with a practice focused on healthcare and transactional law. Prior to joining the Company, King held several senior legal positions, including Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel. He received his law degree from the University of Memphis, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from Rhodes College in Memphis.
