Rich Hallworth, CCHP, couples industry vision with a track record of planning and executing actions necessary to guide Corizon as the leader in correctional healthcare. His leadership as President and Chief Executive Officer of PHS Correctional Healthcare guided the company to innovate solutions in correctional healthcare. Hallworth has expertise in building strategic partnerships to drive cutting-edge initiatives and is a successful team builder with a reputation for honesty and integrity. Despite his accolades, he is known for his approachability. Creating a client-focused Corizon culture is Hallworth’s top priority. Central to driving that culture is respecting and valuing all employees and the contributions they make to Corizon’s success. Prior to joining Corizon in 2006, Hallworth was the Chief Operating Officer of Tufts Health Plan in Boston. Prior to holding that position, he was a partner at Ernst & Young.
